Transport Scheduling Software. Keep Your Team In Step.
Connect pickup schedules with the drivers carrying them out. NexTransit.my helps your dispatch team review assignments, respond to changes and follow driver-reported progress through each passenger transfer.
A pickup time is only part of the plan. Consider the driver, vehicle and other commitments together before handing over the job.
Organise Upcoming Pickups
Use booking dates, times, search and filters to focus on the work ahead. Keep the route, passengers, luggage and chosen vehicle type attached to each scheduled transfer.

Review Driver Availability
Check booked time off for the pickup date alongside the driver's current duty status. Assignment warnings bring these details to the operator's attention when choosing a driver.

Check Overlaps And Capacity
Review warnings about overlapping jobs or passenger and luggage counts exceeding vehicle capacity. The operator makes the assignment decision, including when an arrangement has already been agreed with the driver.

Follow The Job Beyond Assignment
Once a driver is assigned, the mobile-friendly portal connects the dispatch plan with the person carrying out the transfer.
01
Get The Job Acknowledged
Drivers view their assigned jobs and tap to accept them. The operator can distinguish jobs that have been opened from those the driver has acknowledged.
02
Respond To Assignment Changes
Reassign a booking when your plan changes. The new driver acknowledges the job themselves, keeping acceptance connected to the person currently responsible for the transfer.
03
Follow Reported Trip Progress
Drivers report when they are on the way, have arrived and have picked up passengers. Your operations team follows these updates through to completion, with a booking status history.

A Few Things To Know
Your Questions, Answered.
A few details to help you decide whether this fits your operations.
No. Operators assign and reassign drivers, supported by availability, overlap and capacity warnings. NexTransit.my supports manual dispatch coordination; it does not calculate optimised routes or automatically build driver schedules.
Does A Warning Prevent A Driver Assignment?
Assignment warnings flag potential issues for the operator to review. They do not block the decision or guarantee availability. Your team can consider the warning alongside arrangements made directly with the driver.
How Does Dispatch Know A Driver Has Acknowledged A Job?
The driver taps to accept the assigned job in their portal. The operator can see the acknowledgement separately from whether the job has merely been opened. A reassignment requires acknowledgement from the new driver.
